Before you Book

We like to meet everyone’s expectations but sometimes we’re limited by law! Here are a few things you need to remember before you book a scooter, moped or a bike. And we recommend you check the weather beforehand too!

Age requirements

  • Drivers need to be at least 18 to hire a motorised machine in Bermuda, which includes scooters, mopeds.
  • As long as you’re tall enough, it doesn’t matter what age you are to hire a mountain bike.
  • There is no upper age limit.

 

Experience

  • None necessary, although we require you to have competence in on-road vehicle handling and control.
  • Our riders range in age from the mid teen up to the golden years.
  • All clients, if necessary, have access to our amazing ‘YouDrive’ driver instruction programme which is free!
